Private Training

60 minute fitness training session focused on the primary goal of the client. Personal training methods include methods of cardio, strength work, mobility, and stretching. Clients can utilize any aspect of training, whether it be all cardio, all strength work, a mixture, etc.

Beginner/Intermediate Boxing & Mitt Work

Training sessions centered around the basic fundamentals of boxing, ranging from shadowboxing, boxing footwork, and beginner level mitt work. Clients interested in trying out boxing for the first time or with minimal experience in the art form would benefit the most from this.

Marathon Training/Road Race Modeling

Regimented programming centered around preparation for a marquee race/marathon. Clients interested in competing in a racing competition would benefit the most with this service. Clients will receive individualized 1-on-1 programming based on their current fitness levels and a detailed road map of all workouts, including running training, lifting, and rest days, tailored around their specific schedule, leading up to race day.

Speed/Agility/Power Athletic Development Training

Specific training centered around the development of speed and power. Clients and athletes looking to gain a competitive edge in their respective sports, such as track & field, football, basketball, etc could benefit the most from this service.

PNF Stretching/Mobilization

Stretching manipulation performed at the end of all private training sessions or individually upon request. Specific stretching mechanism meant to target the deep muscle bed, along with any myofascial release needed to achieve optimum mobilization. All clients in all aspects would benefit from this service, particularly at the end of an intense bout of physical activity
